1. Engineering Services
DTW Labs provides independent technology engineering, system integration, custom software development, AI automation, and infrastructure deployment services. Specific project deliverables, milestones, and SLAs are governed by dedicated Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW).
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in a specific contract, custom software, integrations, and operational workflows engineered for a client become the client's intellectual property upon final payment and delivery.
3. Communication & Enquiries
Enquiries submitted through this site represent non-binding project discovery requests. We reserve the right to decline project scopes that do not align with our engineering standards or technical capacity.
